Cockatiel Haven Guarantee’s the health of our baby cockatiels for 10 business days we encourage the buyer to have the cockatiels examined by a qualified Avian Veterinarian. If during this 10 day period if the cockatiel (s) is found to have anything that affects their health or well being as determined by the examining avian veterinarian we will take back the cockatiel and refund you the purchase price.

I will take the bird back if you do not want it anymore but there will not be a refund unless the bird is unhealthy. If you decide you just don't have time for a bird or decide it's not the kind you want please know that a refund is not given back as I have to quarantine the bird for 6 months and take it to the vet and have it completely retested. As a responsible breeder I cannot sell that bird to anyone else so please do your reseach before you decide to buy a cockatiel, as a healthy cockatiel can live up to 20-25 years.
